CONCEPT
The mission of our business is to promote, develop and grow the game with the spirit and ability to achieve a professional standard of playing excellence. We intend to fulfill this mission by giving extra effort to ensuring that the players' needs are fulfilled in every way possible, and that we respond to the concerns and suggestions of the public. In order to develop the game to the highest level, we will concentrate some of our efforts in supporting local schools and clubs as we know how much talent there is, and it is imperative that we give them the best possible chance of being able to compete for a place in our franchise and possibly the country.

Our vision is for the franchise to acquire a reputation of comfortable hospitality by both the opposition and the public, and where professional standards are maintained at all times. We want our cricketers to develop a meaningful career in the game, and this will partly come about by means of having incentives that entice them to perform at their best. We will aim to win as many matches as possible, and this can only come about by players maintaining a superior fitness level, that ensures that they play as much cricket as possible and can subsequently earn a good living out of their careers. Our franchise will aim to support and strengthen age group cricket in the midlands and Mashonaland West regions, so that we are continually building a solid foundation from where we recruit cricketers for the first class version of the game and which will eventually form the pool of selection for the national team. It is crucial that our support is sustainable in the long run and that it is competitive.
